CONDITIONS:

All payment are made in euros. 
Rates may be subject to modification without prior notice.

These prices include :
– Accomodation
   Lodging for children under 12 years old sharing a room with 2 adults is free.
   120 euros extra per night for the 3rd person in Deluxe Suite & Premium Suite.
– Access to the common areas of the hotel (parking, beach, pool,...)
– Local tax.

– Continental breakfast is free for children under 6 years old. Between 6 and 12 years old, it will be charged 10 euros. After 13 years old, 16 euros. 

Check in time from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Check out time before 11:00 AM.

All the rooms are non-smoker

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

RESERVATION:
We will need your credit card number to reserve your room.

* December 1st to December 19th & January 11th to August 27th:

DEPOSIT:
30% will be charged on your credit card.

CANCELLATION:
More than 30 days prior arrival: 40 euros: booking fees
Less than 30 days prior arrival: no refund of your deposit
Early check out / no show: no refund of your deposit

CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS:
40 euros: booking fees.

* CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR PERIOD: December 20th to January 10th:
A minimum stay of seven nights is required for the arrivals between December 20th and January 10th.

DEPOSIT:
At the reservation: 30% will be charged on your credit card
After October 15th: the full stay will be charged on your credit card

CANCELLATION:
Before October 15th: 30% penalty
After October 15th: 100% of your stay (no refund of the deposit)
Early check out / no show: 100% of your stay (no refund of the deposit)

ANNUAL CLOSING:
The hotel will be closed from August 27th to November 1st.
